STRONGAF: THE CLUB

COACHED - INDIVIDUALISED - RELENTLESS

For serious female lifters whose effort is no longer matching their results.

Get individualised training and nutrition, reviewed and adjusted every fortnight — without paying for full one-to-one coaching.

You've been training seriously for a while.

You know your lifts. You track your food.

You show up when most people don't.

So why does it feel like you keep hitting the same ceiling?

You are putting in the work that should be producing results.

But, is your program actually built for your goals?

If you are training hard, eating close to right, and still not progressing the way your effort deserves — the problem is not your discipline. It is the plan.

You train like an athlete.

You deserve a program built like one.

The generic stuff stopped working because it was never built for you in the first place.

Most group programs give every woman the same training block and the same macros and call it coaching. You already know how that ends. You follow it for six weeks, hit a wall, start second-guessing your food, tweak your training, and end up back in the same loop you have been in for the last year.

> "The plan is not the problem. You have had plenty of plans. The problem is that none of them were actually built for your sport, your body, and where you are right now."

You are not inconsistent. You are not lazy. You are someone who has been handed the wrong tools for the job and expected to make them work anyway.

That is not a discipline problem. That is a program problem.

It is like hiring a builder to renovate your house and watching them show up with a blueprint for someone else's property. The work still happens. The result still does not fit.

This is what changes when the program is actually built for you.

Here's how serious female lifters actually make progress

  • Assess

Know where you're starting, what your goals are or sport of choice demands, and what your specific strengths and weaknesses are

  • Program
Build training and nutrition around your needs and your goals - whether it be a sport, body composition or purely health and longevity related

  • Execute

Train, log & check in with data that actually means something and gives the full picture of whats going on in your body and training as a whole

  • Review

A coach looks at your real numbers and adjusts the plan every two weeks

  • Progress

You program updates to keep pace with you, so you are always moving forward

That is the whole thing. No guesswork. No generic blocks. Just a program that gets sharper every fortnight because someone is actually watching your data.

This is for you if...

  • You compete in powerlifting, bodybuilding, or another strength or physique sport and your current program was not designed with your sport in mind.

  • You have used training apps, downloaded programs, or worked with a PT who gave you solid general fitness advice that did not translate to your sport.

  • You have done your own research, tried adjusting your macros, and still do not fully trust whether what you are doing is right for where you want to go.

  • You have tried other group programs and found them too generic — same plan for every woman, no adjustment, no feedback on your actual data.

  • You know you need more than a membership but are not yet ready to commit to the price of fully personalised 1-1 coaching.

  • You are done second-guessing every decision and you want a coach looking at your work, adjusting your plan, and keeping you accountable.

Why everything you have tried before has not moved the needle

Every time you plateau, someone tells you to change your training or tighten your nutrition. So you do. And you plateau again. Because the problem was never the effort. The problem is that no plan you have followed was actually built for your sport.

You tried generic programming apps or AI

Apps track your workouts. They do not coach you. They do not know your sport, you as an athlete, your needs, your competition timeline, or your weak points. You get a program that is based around fitness and weight loss. You do not get a program built for powerlifting, bodybuilding, or strongwoman.

You tried nutrition advice from social media.
Macros from an influencer were not calculated for a woman who competes. They were calculated for reach and engagement. Your nutrition needs to support your training load, your recovery, and your sport. A viral recipe plan which has 30g pf protein off IG or TikTok does not do that.

You tried working with a PT.
Most PTs are excellent at general fitness. Strength and physique sport is a different game. If your coach has not competed or coached athletes through comp prep, they simply don't know the nuances of prep. The highs. The lows. The emotional roller coaster and the physical stress that you are about to put your body through. They are unfortunately just not qualified to support you the way you need.

You tried self-coached prep.
You're smart enough to research, plan, and execute. Without someone reviewing your data and adjusting your plan every fortnight, you end up making decisions based on how you feel instead of what the numbers actually show. That is how six months of hard work produces six weeks of progress.

None of these aspects give you individualised programming, sport-specific nutrition, and a coach reviewing your actual data. This does.

The Compound Protocol. Five steps. Every two weeks, your program updates.

Think of it like having a strength and physique coach sitting across from you - someone who knows your body, how you move, your sport, has reviewed your training history, and is watching your check-in data every fortnight to make sure that the plan keeps working. Except that its structured, scalable, and built to keep multiple serious gym-loving and driven women moving forward at the same time.

Step 1: Assess

Before you train a single session inside The Club, your training history, sport demands, strengths, weak points, nutrition habits, and current structure get mapped. Not a generic intake form.

A real picture of where you are and what needs to change.

  • Your training history and sport demands documented

  • Your current nutrition habits and structure assessed

  • Your specific weak points identified

  • Your starting point established with data, not guesswork

Step 2: Program
Once the assessment is complete, your individualised training program and nutrition macros get built inside Trainerize. Built for your sport. Built around your body. Built to close the gaps the assessment identified.

  • Your own training program, not a shared block

  • Your own macros, calculated for your sport and your goals

  • Delivered inside Trainerize so you always know exactly what to do

Women following this have taken gold at their first powerlifting meet and placed across multiple bodybuilding shows — two silvers and a bronze. Not because they trained harder than everyone else. Because their program was actually built for their sport.

Step 3: Execute
You train, log, and check in through Trainerize. Your data builds every fortnight. Your coach sees exactly what is happening — not a summary you wrote on a good day, but the actual numbers.

  • Training logged in Trainerize

  • Check-in submitted every two weeks

  • Real data reviewed by your coach

Step 4: Review
Every two weeks, your coach reviews your check-in data and sends written feedback with your fortnightly plan. Not a template. A response to what your numbers actually show.

  • Bi-weekly written feedback on your check-in

  • Fortnightly plan based on real data, not assumptions

  • Adjustments made before a problem compounds into a plateau

Step 5: Progress
Your program updates every two weeks. You never run the same block until it stops working and then wonder why. The plan keeps pace with you.

  • Training and nutrition updated every fortnight

  • Progressive structure that matches where you actually are

  • A program that keeps moving forward because someone is watching

By the time you have been inside The Club for two months, you have a program that has already been adjusted twice based on your real data. That is not how generic programs work. That is how athletes make progress.

What this is not...

This is not a generic group program with a coaching label.

Every member gets her own individualised training program and her own nutrition macros. You do not share a plan with the group.

This is not a mindset program with a training block attached. The coaching is real. The programming is sport and goal-specific. The check-in feedback is based on your actual data, not how you felt about the weeks prior.

This is not a membership you join and forget. The bi-weekly check-in, the written feedback, and the fortnightly plan update mean there is a coach watching your numbers and adjusting your program and nutrition before it stops working. That requires you to show up for it.

This is not a substitute for fully personalised 1-1 coaching. If you want a coach building everything around your schedule, your history, and your goals with direct access between sessions, that is what 1-1 coaching is for.

The Club sits between a membership and that level of coaching, and it is the right place to be before you are ready to go all in on a private package.

What women in strength & physique sports are doing inside The Club

Clients coached through this exact individualised approach have taken gold at their first powerlifting meet.

Placed in multiple bodybuilding shows — two silvers and a bronze — following programming and nutrition built specifically for their sport and their body.

These are not women who had more time, better genetics, or more experience. They are women who finally had a program that was actually built for what they were trying to do.

The women inside The Club look to, or have competed in the past in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and various other strength sports like Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit and Strongwoman comp. They are serious about their training. They have been around long enough to know when a program is actually built for them and when it is not.

Leave these at the door

You don't need to already be competing

The Club is for serious female lifters and physique athletes at any stage — whether you have competed before or you are building toward your first meet or show. The program gets built around where you are right now.

You do not need to have everything figured out nutritionally.
That is part of what the assessment is for. You do not arrive with a perfect nutrition plan. You arrive with your current habits and your goals, and the program builds from there.

You do not need to be at an advanced level.
You need to be serious about your sport and done with generic programming. The Club is not for casual gym-goers. It is for women who train with purpose and want a program that matches that.

You do not need a big social media following or a public competition profile.
Nobody in The Club cares about your follower count. They care about their training. So does your coach.

You do not need to be ready for fully personalised 1-1 coaching.
That is the point. The Club sits between a generic membership and full 1-1 coaching. You get individualised programming and real coaching feedback at a price that makes sense before you are ready to go all in on a private package.

You do not need months to get started.
The founding member rate is
$299/month for the first 20 spots. The club is capped at 50 members for the first six months. When those spots are gone, they are gone.

Two Options. One decision

You have been serious about your training for a while. You already know the generic programs are not going to get you there. You have probably known that for longer than you want to admit.

The only thing missing is a program actually built for your sport, with a coach watching your data and adjusting the plan before it stops working.

OPTION A

Keep running the same generic block.

Keep second-guessing your nutrition.

Keep wondering whether the plateau is your effort or your program.

Come back to this page in six months having put in another six months of hard training on a plan that was never built for you.

OPTION B

Get your own individualised training program and nutrition macros built for your sport.

Have a coach review your check-in data every two weeks and update your plan before you plateau.

Train alongside a group of serious women who raise your standard.

Make the kind of progress your effort has always deserved.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What is the founding member rate and how long does it last?

The first 20 members join at $299/month. After those 20 spots are taken, the price moves to $397/month. The founding member rate is locked in for as long as you remain a member. The Club is capped at 50 members for the first six months.

How is this different from a regular group program?

Every member gets her own individualised training program and her own nutrition macros. You do not share a program with the group. The group element is the live Zoom Q&A every two weeks and the community portal. The coaching is individual.

What sport is this built for?

The Club is built for women in strength and physique sports — powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongwoman, Olympic weightlifting, and physique competition. If your sport involves a platform, a stage, or a barbell, this is built for you.

How do check-ins work?

Check-ins are submitted every two weeks through Trainerize. Your coach reviews your data and sends written feedback along with your fortnightly plan. You always know what changed and why.

What if I have never competed before?

You do not need competition experience to join. You need to be serious about your sport and done with generic programming. The assessment maps where you are right now and the program builds from there.

What is included in the live Zoom calls?

A live group Zoom every two weeks with direct Q&A. You can bring questions about your training, your nutrition, your check-in, competition prep, or anything else relevant to your sport. This is not a lecture. It is a coaching call.

Is this a lock-in contract?

No. The Club is monthly rolling. You are not locked into a minimum term. The founding member rate stays with you as long as you remain a member.

What if I'm already working for a PT?

If your PT is not sport-specific and you are not getting the individualised programming and nutrition your sport demands, The Club is the upgrade. If you are already in a fully personalised 1-1 coaching relationship that is producing results, The Club is probably not the right fit right now.

You've been training seriously for long enough to know that effort alone is not the problem

You know you want to compete one day. You finally want to see what your body is actually capable of.

You just have not had the structure, the programming, or the accountability to get there consistently.

The founding rate exists because the first 20 women in The Club set the standard for what this community becomes. That matters to me. I want the right women in the room from day one.

If you want in at $297, this is your chance.

After 20 spots, it goes to $397. No exceptions.

20 founding spots ONLY.

I am not starving or faint eating on your program. Thank you so much!

It's only up (well technically down) from here!
