The Movement Framework

The Movement runs on a three-phase structure designed to build you from the ground up

Phase one: Program first. You get your lifting program and daily movement and activity plan the moment you sign up. No waiting, no onboarding call, no intake form that takes three weeks to process. You sign up, get access to the app and your program is there ready to go.

Phase two: Progressive challenge. Every 4 weeks, your program updates. You're not repeating the same block indefinitely. You're building, week by week, in a direction that makes sense for where you're trying to go.

Phase three: Community integration. The biweekly calls and peer community mean you're supported without the pressure of a 1-1 relationship. You can ask questions, learn from what other women are working through, and stay connected to your training in a way that makes the hard weeks easier to get through.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need experience in strength or physique sports to join?

No. The Movement was built for women who are experienced in the gym, but unsure about where they want to take their training. Bottom line is, if your goals are to build muscle, get strong and become the best version of yourself with a possible desire to compete or get involved with strength or physique sports one day - then you are absolutely in the right place. But it is not a necessity

What happens after I sign up?

You get immediate access to the Trainerize app which is fully customised and private to my clients. Your program will be waiting for you there the moment you sign up. You also get access to the membership portal and the community. The biweekly calls are scheduled in advance so you'll know exactly when the next one is.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime after the initial 3 month period. This is a month to month membership - there are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel and want to come back after the founding 50 sports are filled, you'll rejoin at the current rate. Please be advised that rates are subject to change at anytime.

Is the programming personalised to me?

The programming is structure and progressive but it is not customised to your individual history of goals. If you want a program built specifically around you, that's what 1-1 coaching is for. What are the biweekly calls like?

Group calls where you can ask questions, hear what other members are working through, and get support on the training, nutrition, and mindset content inside the portal. Not a lecture. An actual conversation.
